If you have a flat roof, coatings solve the problems associated with level roofing. Coatings eliminate the chronic leaking, ponding and rapid deterioration caused by the elements, providing significantly longer life. Bear in mind, it uses your existing roof. There is no tear off prior to application. Whether your current roof is hot-tar; modified bitumen; rubber; built-up; single-ply; metal or polyurethane foam, you can add as many as 20 years of useful life.
If a commercial roof is metal, our process is called Metal Restoration (MR). Our crews remove existing rust, and then apply a rust-inhibiting primer. All seams are sealed, and all attachments fixed.
